I have been feeling super motivated lately. Motivated to lift heavy things and put them back down. Some of you call that weight lifting. I call it that. Whateva.

    Today my workout is 2X6.5 runs (one am, one pm) and hopefully core work. I’ve been super busy so it might not work out today. Great job getting that motivation in. 🙂

    I’m doing the first workout for Best Body Bootcamp today! I hope this 8 week thing helps me tone up! lol
